This was a job I held whilst travelling Australia. In this position my main duties were to manage the phone calls and emails from tenants and property owners, organize tradesman to carry out work, distribution of mail and other office duties.

Managing my emails, answering the phone, transferring phone calls, assisting with customers requests/complaints, placing orders, producing quotations, delegating work, training new members of staff and managing them until they were confident and independent.
