Implemented non functional requirements for application monitoring, security administration , and legacy system for a key outside application. Implemented API security strategy using API keys and JWT. Security integration with Application and Reporting server. Developed servlet filters to support NIST Security requirement. Updated Security plan, Operations Manual and supported Security and Authority to Operate reviews. Agile and DevOps practices were used on this project.Project Management - For a Federal Agency - Managed the refreshing of the network infrastructure at 80 locations word-wide.Project Management - For a Federal Agency - Successfully managed a legacy upgrade of a major application from Visual Basic / SQL Server to Java / Oracle DB / Weblogic. Agile and Dev Ops practices for the agency were piloted on this development project.
