I’m currently Director of Grant Management Transformation at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, having enjoyed 20 years in humanitarian relief and sustainable development with leading bilateral donor (DFID) and multilateral organisations (Gavi). After various postings in Asia and sub-Saharan Africa, we live now in Geneva. My leadership style is of innovation, inclusive problem-solving, proactivity, empathy and empowerment. I’ve recently concluded a PhD in social innovation, to complement my masters in philosophy and in development management (with Distinction). I enjoy drawing from my experiences of high-level sport, voluntary projects, family life and sense of fun to complement my professional skills.
