I joined in 2019 to partner Kin + Carta's new CEO, J Schwan, in transforming the company from a diverse collection of 11, only very loosely affiliated, marketing and digital companies into the single, unified, 2000 person pure play consultancy it is today. (Hence 'Connective' Officer).As part of this journey, I was initially responsible for defining the ideal state brand architecture, the new Kin + Carta brand and the road map for integration, while also taking Exec responsibility for our two largest digital marketing businesses (Amaze Realise and Edit), ultimately merging the former into the new Kin + Carta and turning around the latter and selling it to NVM/Salocin Capital. In conjunction with this I also took initial oversight of our ambition to become the UK's first ever BCorp certified plc.As we closed on the above ambition - and more than quadrupled our share price - I took on Exec responsibility for standing up Kin + Carta's M&A function: selling our remaining 3 consumer marketing agencies and buying three new digital consultancies ...in the process, establishing Kin + Carta's first ever Integration Office.

In this time we built P&G into the largest client partnership ever held in our industry, opened offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Chicago and Mumbai and never failed to exceed WPP's global margin by less than 50%.
