My daily role included planning & organising the staffing rota, briefing the team on menu changes, allocating work sections & informing all staff of customer arrival times. I also ensured that I kept on top of stock control & new supplies by ordering on a weekly basis.Other responsibilities were being accountable for cash management & reconciling of the till balance as well as setting up a filling system for all orders & invoicing.I continuously used my customer & social skills to deal with any customer queries & complaints that arose.
