I began my journey at the University of Wisconsin Madison, before spending the past nine years within the healthcare revenue cycle operational, implementation, and training space. Three of those years were spent at Epic as a recognized expert operational and technical implementer, working with organizations such as Wellstar, and SSM Health. My peers at Epic voted to award me the Capstone Award – the highest award an implementer can receive on an Epic install - for my contributions to SSM Health’s St. Louis implementation.Following Epic, I joined Bluetree Network and became the first manager of the Revenue Cycle Solutions team as it more than doubled in size. In my role as an engagement manager, I led integrated teams to realize multi-million dollar outcomes at organizations such as Advocate Aurora Health, University Medical Center-Southern Nevada, and Tower Health. To date, I am the first and only Bluetree engagement manager to have all of my clients give Bluetree a perfect NPS score.In my prior role as Director of Delivery Operations, I was a principal player in the development and transformation of Bluetree’s hallmark engagement delivery process and serving as a template for successful engagement managers. After being promoted in 2021 to lead the newly named Client Success Operations team, I led the integration of Sales and Delivery operations in addition to the Bid Management team. Together, we built a world-class team culture built on three pillars: Kindness, Quality, and Service. This model has proven immensely successful and the team nearly tripled in size to meet the increase in service requests. While managing Bluetree's Sales and Delivery Operations teams, I simultaneously led the integration of Sales and Delivery operations units across Tegria Services Group for all geographies. This included major projects such as the building of an integrated client list across 10 companies, running the TSG 2022 budget exercise, and supporting executive leadership as they built their new sales and delivery units.Today, I manage a team of the most talented people in the industry, without whom I would be lost.
