As a Support Consultant, my main focus is my customers:1) Communicate actively with customers and provide them with updates during the troubleshooting process. Ensuring customer satisfaction is the main goal.2) Connect with clients, understand their needs, generate multiple solutions for them, and choose what's best for them.3) My experience in Active Directory allows me to assist clients and resolve their issues. I am also knowledgeable on VPN troubleshooting, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 applications.4) My knowledge in Windows and iOS operating systems allows me to understand the opportunities of my clients and provide them with solutions.
