As the State Manager, Asian Business Banking for Victoria, I am responsible for the development and implementation of the Asia strategy for Business & Private Banking across Victoria. The role will initially focus on the following elements of the strategy:- Drive business development coordination with other parts of the Commonwealth Bank Group including Institutional Banking & Markets, International Financial Services, Retails Banking Services and Wealth Management in key Asian hubs taking a One CommBank approach.- Support the development of a compelling Asian focused customer value proposition (CVP).- Identify, recommend and drive enhancements to product and risk processes to deliver this CVP.- Develop a talent management strategy to attract and retain staff of diverse linguistic backgrounds.- Develop referral networks and promote CommBank’s CVP in key communities.
