Clear Sky Properties is both a fix/flip company and a holding company for residential rental properties. Our portfolio also consists of commercial properties. Clear Sky Holdings is another company that we own tax lien certificates, rentals, loans and a commercial properties. I am currently a licensed real estate agent in Virginia with over 25 years of experience. I am an expert witness in both residential real estate space as well as the commercial space. Past experiences have been owning Green Dot Title, a successful title company. I have owned, developed and oversaw the day to day operations of Clear Sky Car Wash in Chesapeake, VA. This car wash was sold through eminent domain. 2007/2008 we sold over 500 REO properties. I have been part of developing two small subdivisions. One subdivision of 5 houses and the other 4 houses. I have also developed a 3 unit condo conversion.Aside from my enterprises, I also serve on the Board of Directors of Citizens for Housing (formerly known as Catholics for housing). I am currently the President. I have been the lead for the Investing Committee since 2012. CFH provides affordable housing opportunities to limited-income individual and families throughout Northern Virginia. I was responsible for the purchase of East End Mobile Home Park in Manassas VA.
