I have been a professional Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager for the past 20 years supporting board level individuals mostly on contract assignments in a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Transport, Engineering, Maritime, National Theatre, Telecoms, Music, Healthcare, Public Sector, Sport (Premier League & Welsh FA), Law, Real Estate, and Online Marketing; all of which had a steep learning curve. I am able to rapidly adapt and embrace the companies ethos and needs, whilst developing my excellent people skills.Throughout my career I have illustrated my adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges where my creative, proactive and enthusiastic approach can be harnessed. I have two years Charity Black Tie Event Management experience. More recently I worked as a Travel & Accommodation coordinator for High End TV productions. A critical role working to tight schedules in a fast paced environment. Following shooting schedules I ensured the group of all cast and crew are travelled and accommodated either nationally or internationally on mass to said filming location, coordinating also visa or work permits. To date apart from moves to set in the studio or fittings, I coordinated movement nationally in the UK to Bristol and London, then internationally to location filming in Palma de Mallorca, Verona, Jamaica, and Los Angeles. Close liaison with cast members regarding long term accommodation needs. Adaptability to changing priorities, new schedules and shifting locations is key along with great communication skills.
