During this contract I executed the marketing plan for the supporter retention team, delivering a suite of planned and unplanned communications both on and offline to their c. 50,000 existing supporters. The role also involved content generation of impactful and supporter-centric campaigns, including the DEC Emergency appeal for the East Africa Crisis.

At this award-winning digitally-led CRM agency, I was working predominantly on the agency’s huge new-business win, Sky Mobile. I personally delivered all of the onboarding and early in-life customer communications for the incredibly high-profile launch of the new Sky brand and product offering.
