As a member of a small sales team at Chamberlain Music, I have the privilege of liaising with some of the company’s biggest clients, offering competitive quotations, advice on products, and ensuring a smooth ordering process from start to finish. My roles range from dealing with customer queries by phone, email and web-chat, to processing orders and even engaging with customers in a retail setting in our showroom.

Working independently as a labourer at Southlands farm, I performed a variety of manual tasks, including digging claypits, distributing fertiliser, chopping wood and managing the general maintenance of the farm.

Starting at Tiffins as a part-time waiter, I gradually took on more responsibility, starting full-time work in June 2023. My roles included, taking customer’s orders, preparing their drinks, engaging with and, on occasion, managing a small front of house team and opening and closing the business, sometimes single-handedly.
