Drive North American growth of a global practice focused on how cognitive technologies can enable the digital reinvention of business - specifically focused on all aspects of HR and talent transformation across the enterprise, as well as supporting human capital needs associated with strategic transformational change and the adoption of cloud based HRIS solutions. While leading Talent Transformation go-to-market efforts in the Industrial and Communications sectors, sold and delivered work across nine different accounts, six of which were new clients for IBM Consulting and three which extended IBM Consulting technology services into areas of human capital and business transformation with new leaders in these client organizations. Worked with clients to apply automation and AI to the full talent lifecycle, providing solutions that enhance employee experience, strengthen employer brand, and enable customization at scale while reducing costs. For example, led an assessment of HR Operations for a global leader in health technology and solutions. Developed a vision, strategy, business case and roadmap for HR operations service delivery optimization. Established governance and launched a program office for roadmap execution.Led solution development and go-to-market efforts for IBM’s talent related COVID-19 services to help organizations pivot to remote work and transition to a hybrid workplace, building a workforce of the future.

Responsible for turning around and growing business in LA and the west, leveraging our capabilities to bring innovative ideas and challenge the norm to enhance operational performance of clients. We find creative ways to add value and have fun doing it. Reenergized teams across west US markets to lean back into the business, grow footprints at current accounts and make business development a priority along with delivery excellence. Led hiring and supported account activities in two key west portfolio markets to rebuild North Highland Practices almost from scratch. Opened or supported the opening of five new accounts in 2019 which generated 15% of total portfolio revenue for the year.Implemented contractual and operational changes to increase revenue at a top five account by almost 300% while growing margins from -13% in 2018 to 15% for 2019 with year-end run rate of 25% margin.

Led IBM's Organization Strategy Consulting Practice in the Americas and grew it to over 300 people and $125 million. Sold and delivered technology enablement, organizational and operational consulting services to clients across multiple industry sectors. Member of IBM's Global SAP Leadership Team responsible for business transformation enabled by SAP including business case, benefits realization, change management and training. Expertise in planning and implementing large scale transformational change to enhance organizational performance in association with technology integration, outsourcing of business processes, business restructurings, shifts in strategy and other complex change situations.

Launched PwC's Organization Strategy Practice in the U.S. and grew it to over 100 people and $45 million. Sold and delivered enterprise-wide process and organizational change services to companies in diverse industries such as automotive, life sciences, electronics, consumer products and entertainment. Built methodologies and training to drive consistent service quality. Expertise in enterprise wide process and organizational change and coaching executives on leadership actions critical to success.

Various operational positions including running underground gas storage operations and developing gas purchase and storage plans to strategic positions including interfacing with federal and state regulatory agencies on deregulation of gas transportation and working with senior executives on developing and implementing company strategy. Launched and led internal consulting group to drive transformation across all functions and better execute on agreed business strategy. Reengineered business areas including materials management, IT, HR, field operations and work force management.
