Hello Future is a Nonprofit Working at the Nexus of Positive Youth Development and the Future of Work. Founded in 2016 in response to the Syrian refugee crisis, we provided refugee teens with a locally-led afterschool program in a refugee camp in Iraqi Kurdistan. Our program delivered an innovative curriculum focused on essential 21st-century skills to help vulnerable youth prepare for the rapidly advancing technological future. In 2023-24, we began the next phase of our work — building organizational capacities across varied community-based organizations by providing access to our youth development curriculum, training of trainers, and measurement and evaluation. We are now working globally — in the U.S., Jordan, and Iraqi Kurdistan, and soon in East Africa and Colombia. It will take all of us to prevent a lost generation. Built organization and in-country partnerships required to deliver programming to multiple cohorts of students in Iraqi Kurdistan refugee camps.

A 6-week program designed to introduce a cohort of social innovators to key concepts from the Acumen leadership curriculum. Some of the concepts explored include Adaptive Leadership, Managing Polarities, Immunity to Change and The Good Society Readings. The cohort experience created an environment where participants could explore the challenges faced as leaders of innovation while learning and applying new frameworks and perspectives to lean into the challenging work of creating change. The cohort continues to stay in touch and connect regularly through peer-to-peer events and opportunities to continue to hone their practice of leadership.

Deeply rooted in the current style of dream-esqe contemporary fashion set in natural environments with models combined with endangered or predatory animals. Love in Revolution/Documentary-style Short Film - Siba meets her first boyfriend at the beginning of the Syrian revolution. They protested Assad together; love intertwined with the intoxication for a Free Democratic Syria. The revolution fails, as does their love.
