Hired as the first non-owner President in company's 30 year history at a time of leadership and economic crisis, when the owners wanted stability and growth so they could resolve their ownership situation. Stabilized company, created new organizational structure to grow company and improve service, and developed 10 year growth vision. Within a year, sales increased 40%, EBITDA increased 500%, cash reserves doubled. Successfully transitioned out of company after ownership situation was resolved.

Helped develop corporate membership program which has generated $3 million for the organization. Helped turn "WorldQuest" (a global trivia game) from an annual event generating $1,500 to a statewide, multi-faced event that generates $75,000 annually from individuals and corporations.

Developed the Bancroft Arnesen Explore Brand with mission "To provide inspiration and guidance to succeed in life's expeditions." Created team of 14, which led a global movement utilizing historical Bancroft Arnesen Expedition across Antarctica. Generated more than $5M in value from corporate partners such as Volvo, Motorola, Pfizer, Apple, CNN, Girl Scouts. Developed curriculum followed by over 3 million school kids in 65 countries. Generated 2.2 Billion media impressions in 90+ countries. Organized and hosted events in South Africa, Norway, New York, Australia, Antarctica, and Minneapolis.

Managed $160 MM retail cake/frosting business with marketing budget of over $40 million. Responsible for leading cross-functional team of 10 who grew profits 9% in F '96. Introduced several new products and dramatically increased Pillsbury's frosting distribution through three new flavor introductions and focused distribution program.

Responsible for $52 MM promotional budget for Ore-Ida's $400 MM retail fried potato business. Developed successful trade and consumer promotions that increased efficiency, grew sales, and supported new product launches. Conceived and implemented National 40th Anniversary of Tater Tots promotion, which helped Ore-Ida achieve 1 point share gain and generate national press coverage.

Responsible for marketing seven diverse frozen food lines into Warehouse Club industry in U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Introduced 24 new products to help grow Club business by 30% in F' 93, 25% in F '94.

Assisted in managing non-fried potato products, representing $33 MM in sales and $7 MM in operating income. Developed competitive strategy for entry into national frozen mashed potato market. Managed $10 MM brand marketing budget.

Co-founded this 25 year old-organization, which has helped 1.5 million in Kenya's slums with health-care. Helped raise money, market, form organizational framework that allowed organization to be self-sustaining. Turned organization completely over to local Kenyan Board after 9 years.

Managed $20MM in trust and estate portfolios. Assistant manager of over $200M in assets.
