Developed and delivered Netapp training material for customer (telco) system administrators. Attended Netapp NGS OnTap Troubleshooting course in Singapore in April 2009, delivered revised ASE1/2 courses in Sydney in July and October 2009.

Moved to development and project work with national electricity trading scheme, solely responsible for installation, configuration and administration of RS/6000s, including successful live DR testing. Attended residency in Austin, TX to co-create workshop on AIX and NT Interoperability. Became senior AIX systems administrator at Petone data centre, acting as advisor to contractors and other admins. Delivered a number of OS/2 and AIX courses for IBM Education as principal or co-instructor. May '98 appointed as RS/6000 lead in IBM NZ's Y2k compliance project. Many formal and informal awards for achievements.
