My name is Charlie and I am the Client Service Coordinator for Connection Crew CIC. Working at the front-end of the business, I am responsible for answering any queries and creating bookings for events as well as managing them through, along with maintaining relationships with clients. I started Connection Crew as a crew member in 2021, as I wished to kickstart my creative career by introducing myself to the world of events. As crew, I had the opportunity to learn what it takes to put on an event, learning the essential knowledge and experiencing how much work actually goes into it. I then became a Duty Manager for the crew, before joining the Client Services team in the office!Outside of Connection Crew, I am a writer, actor and creator. In 2021, myself and my theatre group were awarded funding by the National Lottery Heritage Fund in collaboration with Newham Heritage Month. This work, as well as others, can be found on my website! I am currently writing and starring in a one-woman show about the existentialist philosophy - hopefully on stage in April 2024.
