I am a proven, results driven Software Development Team Manager with over twenty years’ experience of building software development teams and engineering application solutions.Having excellent experience in all aspects of relationship management including Senior Management, Stakeholder, Team, Customer and Supplier Management, allows me to stay aligned with the objectives and challenges of the diverse range of ScottishPower business units.Building a successful development team requires successful individuals, to enable that an environment of trust needs to exist. As part of that programme of work, my team deliver new high impact solutions, product enhancements and a website maintenance service.
