I am a cybersecurity leader and evangelist. I aim to simplify things so people can maximise the value they get from technology. Simple is easier, less stressful and likely to be more secure.Having been a founder member of Zscaler’s EMEA team and seeing the company through the growth that led to a successful IPO I have turned my attention to home-grown cyber security companies. I am now leading Censornet's Strategic Alliances to accelerate growth through OEM and Service Provider Partnerships, I have also co-founded forghetti, where we aim to bring secure and unique passwords to the masses.I am a warm but driven person whose philosophy is to continually improve whilst maintaining a focus on people and simplicity. I strive to maximise the impact my team can have; I am not happy with mediocrity but I do not need perfection. I love to see my colleagues be successful & they tell me my motto is "How hard can it be?"Work aside, there are other things that shape me:- I have always been fascinated by Nature and it's ability to fill every available niche- I love to build & improve; I have just finished building my 4th home- I am inquisitive; I bought a 1952 Ferguson tractor and a 1964 Land-rover to learn basic mechanics.- I thrive on change; the world around us is evolving and that's exciting.- I push myself and those around me. Life is a competition.- I am calm in a crisis.
