Lakeview Ministries is a Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod summer camp which aims to provide a Christian experience of growth, inspiration, and recreation for people of all ages through a year-round outdoor ministry. Summer Camp Counselors serve for 10 weeks at camp and provide mental, emotional, and spiritual growth to a group of up to 12 campers each week. - Ensure the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of over 120 boys and girls ranging from 7-18 years old for one week at a time in conjunction with a co-counselor while encouraging social distancing when applicable-Oversee and provide opportunities for growth for high-school-age junior counselors who assist counselors in supervision and monitoring of campers-Construct and execute both large group and small group devotions in conjunction with co-counselors to minister to campers on a daily basis -Facilitate large and small group games, team-building activities, and high ropes activities to cultivate a supportive community among campers and provide opportunities for personal growth daily
