I served as the Senior Manager for Life Safety (Fire, Voice Evacuation, DPS Dispatch systems, indoor/outdoor Wireless LMR, Zetron, P-25, CBRS, systems including Public Safety for DFW Airport. I have had overall day to day, contractual, and strategic management responsibility for all these systems including contract negotiation, portfolio management, scope creation, bid evaluation, selection, and financials.I have served in an Executive Director role since 2000; managing the teams and services listed below: Brief list of services.General Systems (Wireless, Public Safety wireless, Network, Server, Field services, Wireless System Engineering, Database Services, Enterprise windows/VM services, Infrastructure, desktop, and mobility Life Safety (DPS, Radio, Public Address, Fire Alarm, E911, and end-point protection to name a few) I manage multiple technical teams deploying Cisco Wireless, Network, and VM projects.I provide guidance to departments in the development, acquisition, and maintenance of specialized systems, including budget, staff, and resource planning. Leader of pre-sales and systems engineer for multiple Public Safety, and Federal contracts. Lead System design Architect for systems still in use by Public Safety, Corporate, and Federal agencies. IT Director managing the teams associated with IT operations within the company. The lead negotiator including, installing and refining the design of networks, LMR, P-25, And Trunked wireless, and storage systems for multi-state and international operations. This would include leading the pre-sales engineering teams.Lead the teams associated with the acquisition, installation, customer negotiations, and contract modifications of sites for a Quad State Wireless System still in use 20 years later.
