As one of the Founding Partners of Aspirent Consulting LLC, Mr. Perez was responsible for helping to build this innovative Analytics Consulting start-up. In addition to his role as a Founding Partner & COO, Mr. Perez served as Account Partner for some of the company’s key Fortune 500 clients. In this capacity he was responsible for the overall success of projects, managing the client relationships and all business development activities.

Responsible for account management and delivery of Management Consulting services for some of the top Fortune 500 companies accounts in Atlanta. As a Managing Director for Daugherty Business Solutions clients Mr. Perez was responsible for all account activities including annual sales in excess of $10 million while managing over 60 consultants. In addition, he held internal operational responsibilities including recruiting, staffing, performance management, accounts receivables, and delivery management amongst others.

Responsible for building and growing the Atlanta business unit for Infinity Business Systems, including sales and operations. In addition, Mr. Perez acted in the capacity of Interim CIO for a $100 million nonprofit organization. In this capacity he was responsible for managing the IT department while the organization recruited a permanent CIO. This role included the implementation of several enterprise level applications as well as mentoring the IT staff, negotiating vendors contracts and managing a budget of $20 million.

Responsible for building and managing a team of over 40 on-shore and off-shore professionals delivering IT related services to both internal and external clients. Projects included but were not limited to custom developed solutions, package implementation, strategy definition and business outsourcing. Mr. Perez was also part of the executive team for this company and was heavily involved in developing the direction and strategy for the organization.

Responsible for sales and delivery of IT consulting services for the South East region with a sales quota of $6 million. In addition, I was also responsible for ongoing account management and client relationships for some of our largest clients. As part of the leadership team for the Telecommunications practice, I was involved in defining account plans to accomplish overall practice goals and defining strategic plans.

As a founding member of the Executive Management team for this start-up CLEC, Mr. Perez was responsible for building the IT organization and infrastructure to support the products and services for one of the first Voice Over IP carriers. Key contributions included:• Recruiting and building a team of 30 IT Professionals.• Building a state of the art data center and Network Operations Center. • Implementing a suite of BSS/OSS systems (Billing, Provisioning, Network Monitoring, Trouble Ticketing, Fault Management, CRM, and Finance / Accounting). • Establishing a Help Desk including related processes and procedures.

Mr. Perez was part of the Executive Management team of Ernst & Young’s High Growth Telecommunications practice where he participated in defining policy, vision and direction to achieve the overall business objectives while pursuing new business development opportunities. In addition to consulting and account management duties and other accomplishments included:• Implemented back office applications for multiple telecommunications company including Network Management, OSS, CRM, and Billing Systems.• Sales of new or add on work in excess of $ 5milion per year.• Managing project resources and costs to meet project objectives • Recruiting and retention of personnel• Managing and counseling 20 + internal resources as well • Developing and cultivating client relations• Identifying and developing partnering opportunities
