I joined Podium in early 2020 as their founding People Operations team member in Australia, having already externally recruited for the fast-growing software vendor throughout their go-to-market stage. I helped build and refine Podium Australia’s recruiting machine from the ground up - helping the company grow from 6 local employees to 70+, with a primary focus on Sales and GTM recruitment.I also assumed People Operations responsibilities; including (but not limited to) employee onboarding & offboarding, payroll, device management and drafting of our local employee handbook.
