About Taylor Sutherland

This is my first time being in charge of a company, and I think I'm doing just fine. When I got on board, Charlie's Soap was barely making payroll at 300K in sales. 12 years later, we're almost 4-M with stores selling Charlie's Soap in almost every state and direct sales to countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.Specialties: My specialty is vendor relations and marketing. I just love getting down into the nitty-gritty of trying to get people to not so much love us at first sight, but be curious at least. And then I'm all about the education. Charlie's Soap is a radically different product to use in the laundry room and around the house, and as such, I'm constantly having to educate new users. But I don't mind. It's quite fun, and I learn a few things along the way, as well.
