As a First Vice President at CBRE Capital Markets & Institutional Properties, I work with our Capital Markets West team and lead our Institutional Properties practice in Phoenix. I work closely with CBRE’s Office Division as we take a comprehensive approach in helping our clients realize potential in every dimension of their commercial real estate investment, and extract the most out of CBRE’s unparalleled access to data. Metropolitan Phoenix is an exciting and evolving market to work in as a commercial real estate professional. Arizona’s emphasis on education and business growth makes the state attractive to a variety of companies and organizations, and the influx of new CRE investors I’ve seen enter the market over the past few years – along with a workforce that gets younger and more educated by the week – has me very excited for the future.When I’m not working, I love sports as both a participant and a fan. I love golf and try to keep my rapidly rising handicap somewhat respectable.
