Persistent cancer diagnosed in June 2023 so neck dissection surgery to remove…. In June 2024 I launched ‘Livedinsights’ where people with lived experience of a range of health topics (Cancer, Menopause, Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Dementia, ADHD and Childbirth) can share their insights. Additionally, I am a confident public speaker and can deliver talks on a range of topics related to Health, Wellbeing, Resilience, Motivation and the Livedinsights topics.
