Document management service acquired by Dropbox • Built and maintained robust frontend code base and backend API leading to Dropbox acquisition for $95 million • Served as tech lead on cancellation reminder flow A/B test resulting in ~$50K/mo revenue increase • Implemented and led integration of Optimizely SDK (A/B testing provider) on the Python, Flask API layer allowing event tracking, i.e. of session creation, with 1/10th of the code required for frontend tracking • Worked with Product Manager as Technical Team Lead to prioritize initiatives on a weekly and quarterly basis

Swoop is password-free authentication service that includes multi-factor authentication. I am primarily a Frontend engineer, but as a part of a small team I also contribute to backend work. Our primary stack is React, Node, and MongoDB. So far at Swoop I have: • Wrote code across 3 core repositories that was put into production within first 3 weeks of starting • Rebuilt React admin dashboard for a significantly more user friendly experience • Refactored React code base to be more consistent with React best practices including moving all asynchronous API calls within redux sagas and converting class based components to use hooks • Modified and created new Express API routes to serve flatter, less nested, data to frontend admin dashboard • Helped build npm package and ruby gem so that developers can more easily deploy our authentication service • Began and led effort to implement Jest and React Testing Library tests across our React admin dashboard
