I began with this company as a receptionist, moved up to the bookkeeping office where I assisted the bookkeeper. Responsibilities include; placing orders with vendors, communicating with vendors regarding orders and billing. Entering Vendor bills into QuickBooks. Setting up, preparing estimates and billing of customers as well as collection calls Ensuring that all purchase orders and invoices are properly matched prior to entering vendor bills. As well as other tasks as requested.
