I have exhibited many important qualities throughout my experience as qualified Level 2 Badminton England Coach; •Initiative - Working with people of all levels of seniority to create new opportunities in terms of increasing number and success of coaching sessions. I have volunteered at the UK Corporate Games, Manchester play badminton.co.uk initiatives, and within schools and local leisure centres. • Increased female student numbers (40%) to the badminton society through effective social media communications and fun sessions, coordinating with LUSU (Lancaster University Student Union) as a SportEngland student activator.
