My team streamlined the driver assist system (ADAS) product roadmap through the identification of new camera and radar products, market analysis, definition of value propositions, go-to-market strategy and approval packages for new product opportunities. We also performed product portfolio rationalization through product and process standardization, maximum re-use of existing design and capital investments, LCC manufacturing footprint and global sourcing resulting in incremental growth and profit.• Completed a $1 billion braking product line rationalization plan, which improved EBITDA margin by 4 points and its growth rate by 2 points (business case).• Led the development of the ADAS product roadmap (radar, vision) and advanced automotive electronics integrations.
