I recently was a manager of a unit of 5 other Community Managers, 6 different games and multiple volunteer teams all in multiple languages, including MMO, FPS, and Rogue-Lite game styles. I have also managed MOBA and RTS style games. I was involved in other facets of the job such as translations and posting of sales, running of events, player reports and tickets, log checks, KPI forecasts, and sales plans. I have successfully built up my abilities in Customer Satisfaction and engagement while providing a firm foundation for all aspects of the job in Community Management. I have a high capacity and willingness to learn any aspects of the job with which I am not previously acquainted. I believe that a great leader must lead by example and I do not hesitate to take on any task I expect my teams to handle. I also believe team building and an open door policy are vital to a great team dynamic.My favorite part of the job by is dealing directly with the player base, be it in game or via Discord. The more passionate the player base about the game they play the more enjoyment I get out of my job. I thoroughly enjoy watching new players learning the game, or veteran players finding something new in the game.I am very passionate in being an advocate and voice for the players as well as for the company, and strive to find a happy middle ground between them both. Taking the players wants and needs and translating them into something the company can use is vital to ensuring success of a game.
