I was responsible for the drafting of complaints, maintaining and the recording of attorney hours. I also set up the filing system in this two person office, communicated with clients in writing and over the phone. Efiling via pacer was performed on a daily basis.

Responsible for the management of a bankruptcy portfolio with approximately 300 to 400 loans. Handle the monitoring of loans for default and referring for Motions and Proof of Claims.

• Responsible for a loan portfolio of over one thousand loans through the bankruptcy process• Monitored loans for default and referred to attorneys for legal action• Worked in conjunction with outside counsel to resolve defaulted loans within the company guidelines• Ensure that payments on loans protected by bankruptcy are being made in accordance with law• Update and document loan database to maintain accurate records• Research and perform audits on discharged bankruptcy
