• To develop detailed plans for the provision of medical and / or first aid services to those events centrally managed at SJA London District by: identifying appropriate levels of resourcing for events, arranging risk assessments and co-ordinating administrative and communications requirements. • To represent the organisation effectively at event planning meetings. • To organise the day to day booking of first aid services at public events using appropriate booking systems. • To negotiate charges and costs with event organisers and administer all relevant invoicing and allocation of funds in accordance with pre-set tariffs and guidelines. • To provide on-site support to the Operational Command Teams and the Event Liaison Teams at events as required.• To produce reports, statistical information and collate feedback on events to assist with debriefs and future planning.• To develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and prospective business clients and partner agencies.

• Help co-ordinate Race for Life 2013 in the London Region• Organising and managing on site Volunteers and Marshals• Risk Assessing the Event Site the night before the Event takes place and taking action if race route is unsafe.• Confidently making decisions and reporting them back to the Event Manager
