Responsible for ensuring that all the customer needs are met and providing a high quality of service.Ensuring Financial Service targets are achieved at the end of every week.Other responsibilities include:• Serving customers on tills• Answering the phone• Dealing with any issues/problems a customer may have• Working on the jewellery counter• Picking stock in the stockroom• Putting away warehouse delivery• Actively selling product care/cards• Helping with promotion changes• Stock counts

Responsible for delivering high standards of customer service whilst handling customer complaints and queries Customer Team Members cannot deal with.Other responsibilities include:Supervising and motivating a team of up to 16 Customer Team Members to deliver high levels of service.Authorising liquor and tobacco sales for junior and new staff membersMaintaining cash lifts to ensure the tills have a reasonable amount of money insideConducting spot checks on tills to ensure they are balanced correctlyConducting cash floats on all tills at the end of the nightLooking after self service machines, closing and emptying them at the end of the night, and putting the money away into the safe
