My professional background comes from the Banking and Financial Industry. My experience will demonstrate a working knowledge in the financial practices, computer software, good communication and customer service skills. I have experience to handle time sensitive transactions, attention to detail and compile and review contract terms and have good organizational skills and record keeping. I act as the intermediary between the Buyer's and Seller's of a property and ensure that each party abides by the terms of the written agreement. I work well with mortgage professionals and understand all to well the importance and the timeliness in communication. As the Escrow Officer you will find me dependable and able to follow instructions.

Case Review and Analysis: In Loss Mitigation I would work with members of the Credit Union to collect information about their current financial situation to work towards a solution or remedy on troubled debt. My main focus was in Real Estate Lending, although I also worked the collection of Consumer accounts as well. Options of remedy could be a workout program that could consist of a Modification of current mortgage loan or if in a Legal Default status could be a Forbearance Agreement. The goal was to try and reduce the amount of money that the bank or Credit Union would lose if the Borrower were to default on the loan if remedy options were not sustainable and staying in compliance with all regulations Federal and State in foreclosures and bankruptcies.Responsibilities: Initiate contact with the member/borrower, setup appointments, mail out collection letters, analyze and go over budgets, make qualified suggestions for remedies, report to Management for final decisions, keep REO spreadsheets and make any necessary property inspections and contract out for repairs. I also worked with Credit Union attorneys in Foreclosures, bankruptcies and to oversee all property management of the Banked Owned Properties (REO's). Training and Communication: I received certification for completing a course in Bankruptcy Law through the appointed NACU educational training attorney. I consider myself to be efficient in written and oral communication skills and was praised by Senior Management. I have worked with many Government Agencies, City, County, State and Federal in working towards better accountability during troubled times. Worked with local Real Estate Agents and Brokers in REO's sales and listings as well as Short Sale contracts and documentation with management from start to finish.

I started my career as Georgia Adams assistant. So grateful I had the chance to learn under her last couple years before she retired. After I received my escrow license I went out to work in the Coral Canyon Office (Washington) in a 2 person office where you did everything. This was a great opportunity for me. Unfortunately it was cut short with the slow down of the economy. But I promised my self I would return to this work someday so I made a strong effort to stay in Real Estate in some way to keep my fingers on the pulse of the Community, State and National recovery to make that move when the opportunity was right.

Marketing the Central and Southern State of Utah and Northern Arizona and Southeastern Nevada in the Auto & RV Industry in Indirect Lending Services. Managed general ledger and collateral lines and inspected inventory for Dealerships with Flooring Lines from $50k to over a $1M on a monthly basis with a quarterly rotation in travel between Central, Eastern and Western areas of the State in Customer Service with all Auto Dealerships in Sales and Management. Worked to increase productivity in application review and quality of paper (contracts) presented. Worked in Financial Services promoting financial products and services from new accounts to investment and loan products. Loan Interviewer for Consumer Loan Products and Real Estate loans consisting of 10 year 1st mortgages and Home Equity Lines of Credit.

I WAS ON THE GREEN TREE ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR 3 YEARS AND FOR 2 OUT OF THE 3 YEARS I WAS IN CHARGE OF SCHEDULING THE ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE ABOR DAYS ACTIVITES. THIS WAS EXCITING TO BRING IN LOCAL TALENTS IN MUSIC AND DANCE FROM THE VERY YOUNG LOCAL TALENTS TO THE WELL KNOWN LOCAL MUSICIANS THROUGHOUT IRON AND WASHINGTON COUNTY. ALL THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS VOLUNTEERED WHICH MADE IT EVEN MORE EXCITING AND FRESH.
