An experienced litigator with a focus on handling complex and high value commercial and public law disputes. Charlotte is also a specialist in Information Law, privacy and cyber risk.Charlotte has significant experience dealing with a full range of contractual and commercial disputes, sensitive investigatory work, judicial review and contentious procurement and planning. Working for claimants and defendants across a range of sectors gives Charlotte a unique insight that she brings to her clients through advice and litigation strategy. Her expertise in Information Law includes representing clients in data breach and privacy claims, and working closely with clients to prepare for and deal with the fall out from data privacy breaches and cyber attacks. Charlotte advises on a wide range of Data Protection and freedom of information matters, regularly helping clients to navigate regulatory and legal issues.Charlotte acts for and advises clients across a range of industry sectors in the context of both High Court and Court of Appeal litigation, arbitration, urgent injunctive relief, and both dispute avoidance and resolution.

Heading up the sub-committee focussing on Public Sector Tech events. With an eye on key tech issues such as cyber resilience, data governance, the direction and pace of AI, and the understanding the unique importance of sustainability and social value in the public sector, the Committee looks to work with key organisations across the public sector to craft content, events, training and discussion groups with a view to tackling the unique way in which government and its wider public bodies interact with technology.
