As trainer from 2022 to 2023 I was responsible for conducting weekly online sessions, three offline workshops, and acting as advisor at the London International Model United Nations and the Harvard World Model United Nations in Paris. Further, I was an integral part of the recruiting team for both the new generation of fellows and subsequently trainers for the fellowship.

As a fellow from 2021 to 2022 I participated in the 5-month fellowship program focused on leadership, communication, negotiation, networking, and personal development. Furthermore I took part at the London International Model United Nations (LIMUN 2022, Honorary Mention Award) and the New York National Model United Nations (NMUN 2022, Outstanding Delegation Award) conferences to apply my knowledge.

During my time in the Global HR Derma team I was entrusted with supporting the Derma HR Team in operational and strategic tasks.
