• Responsible for all dealer orders for financed vehicles to Worldwide locations • Host monthly conference calls to Ford Business Service Centre • Responsible for all European inter company reconciliations• Shared project leader when new source locations are set-up• Certify treasury control sheet & payments to source locations• Responsible for all new starters within the department and management of individual training schedules (Process flows)• Management of all vehicle parts invoices - excellent organisation skills required to submit payment by the deadline date • Accurately prepare payments of vehicles to Ford of Britain, Ford of Germany, and Ford of Spain etc. • Perform a daily download of all European vehicle orders and place on system to ensure financing from the Account Managers• Accurately prepare cash flows to present to the Regional Account Managers to support funding• Responsible for any amendments to dealer vehicle orders• Perform a daily review of the RBS bank accounts to ascertain whether there is a requirement for short term funding• Releasing confirmed vehicle orders via our in-house databases

• Daily management of unallocated cash accounts• Close liaison with management regarding problematic accounts• High level of accuracy required when entering on cash• All PDQ transactions• Expert response to refunds• Professional approach when dealing with clients Cheques and Credit/Debit Card details• Accountable for all Cheque payments received and must insure they get to the bank securely and promptly• Producing reports• Investigating and problem solving in regards to local office queries• Insure that all office procedures are carried out by the book and keep office manuals up to date• General office administration and ad hoc duties• Data input• Attendance to conference calls• Response to telephone / email requests• Closing ledgers• Updating customer records
