I would be responsible for multiple associates at once, directing them on helping customers, filling in inventory, and working the register. I also went through the opening and closing procedures of the store alone daily. This included arming and disarming the store alarm system, handling cash, calculating sales goals and percentages, putting up or taking down sale signage.

I worked with several other coworkers to help customers have a rewarding shopping experience. I assisted customers with choosing sizes, fit, and style for their child along with keeping the store clean and neat. I rang customers out and help them with our rewards program, credit cards, or coupons.
