Responsibilities grew from overseeing marketing activity from one company to seven as the department head combined resources across each Group company to form an internal agency.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Oversee department output including brand, copywriting, content, creative, CRM, DM, PPC, print, production and social.- Work closely with department head and external consultants in the development of new brand strategies for three of the individual companies. - Develop and launch employer brand, Life at We Plan Group, supporting HR & Recruitment with implementation.- Manage select company website and responsible for monthly updates.Develop and implement new team systems with a key focus on the briefing process and team/ studio allocation.

Responsible for providing key support to Managing Director and HR director as well as external creative agency retained by the Group. Responsibilities included but not limited to:- Development of online & offline communications for both internal and external audiences.- Work closely with creative & media agencies on launch of ATL campaigns across digital, print, radio and TV.- Support creative & media agency on WFAC brand development and implementation.- Responsible for the production and scheduling of monthly social content across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.- Oversee charity strategy and work closely with department heads on coordination and promotion of monthly charity work.
