Charlotte Intihar Email and Phone Number
As a Tai Chi practitioner and aspiring counsellor, I am interested in helping people find ways of living that support physical and emotional aspects of life. I am confident teaching people with a range of abilities, can tailor classes to individual needs, and provide 1-1 instruction for busy individuals. I developed a passion for communication and relationship building through working in many sectors including primary education, community research, and support work. I have been practicing White Crane-style Tai Chi for over a decade and am delighted to share the mental and physical health benefits it can bring.

This facilitated adapting the services as necessary.Recommendation from the Hub Manager:Charlotte joined our team in January – April 2023 as a community researcher, I can only say that she totally ‘got’ what we do; she is kind, compassionate, and empathetic. She spoke to all our service users with respect and love and she really listened. This made her a brilliant community researcher, and she was able to assist in getting very valuable feedback about our service delivery. Charlotte is extremely reliable, diligent and pays attention to detail. She is an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills and able to work flexibly alongside staff and service users. She has a great ability to communicate with ease and help people to feel comfortable to share their experiences, this is a huge skill and Charlotte has this in spades! When her contract ended, Charlotte offered Tai Chi classes to our service users on a voluntary basis in our community hub, further evidencing her capacity to go above and beyond to support people. I cannot recommend her highly enough.Abigail Jackson Show less -
