• Handle all Plant Services and Facility Maintenance for Beaumont, Bayport and Houston Chemical Plants.• Purchase Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) goods and services, maintain MRO Catalog and negotiate MRO contracts. • Assist Raw Materials Buyer as needed.• Process requisitions/shopping carts, place purchase orders, expedite and track orders in both SAP/SRM systems.• Responsible for reconciling past due orders, securing proof of delivery or reconciling goods receipts with each plant site.• Resolve invoicing errors with suppliers in a timely manner for MRO, Plant Services and Raw Materials to prevent credit holds.

• Develop, implement, and manage strategies and plans to support the supply chain process for IT.• Research and analyze spend data and provide recommendations for supply chain process consideration and/or improvement.• Develop negotiation plans with end-user client to ensure costs are thoroughly understood, including identifying pricing components, how to calculate should cost models for commodity area.• Prepare RFx documents • Receive and evaluate bids or proposals against RFx or other requirements.• Negotiate terms, pricing, scope and other issues with vendor(s) as necessary to achieve the desired results.

• Handle (IT, Facilities, Construction, HR) contract process from start to finish (revenue, interlocal, tag-on, consultant, novation agreements, LOA, LOI, NDA, BAA, ect.)• Attend Operations/Resource/RFP/RFQ/Board Proposal meetings • Assist with drafting RFP/RFQ Bid Packages• Draft contracts and edit existing contracts as needed• Maintain Certificates of Insurance in Contract Database/Spreadsheet-assuring contractor meets the minimum requirements and have not expired• Draft requisition forms for purchasing department to obtain purchase order • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, legal, purchasing/accounts payable department• Identify the risk and liability problems within contracts• Monitored contracts for compliance and budgetary issues• Manage amendments/renewals as necessary

• Coordinate legal activities and assist attorneys with case management• Handle negotiation/mediation of contract between parties in and out of court.• Prepare and revise, format and finalize a wide variety of documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas and other legal correspondence• Route document drafts to attorney for approval within established timeframes• Research and analyze legal sources such as statutes, case law, and administrative records• Coordinate with attorneys and others to plan, schedule and calendar meetings• Provide support to attorneys by organizing case materials such as evidence, exhibits, affidavits and other documents for use at trial• Document control and records management
