- Prioritise & manage projects & resource based on short, medium & long-term business needs- Oversee internal & external product marketing schedules to generate maximum ROI in partnership with internal Marketing Team & third-party promotional channels- Monitor & analyse competitor promotions & market trends- Conceptualise & implement margin yield strategies to deals to ensure consistent delivery of profitability forecasts- Ensure products are positioned & promoted with appropriate & attractive messaging, key selling points etc. to generate best conversion- Develop relationships with commercial partners - proactive pursuit of new partnerships, create success plans, regularly review growth opportunities- Support Product Management Director with department strategy, goals & requirements- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to regularly to achieve new & useful reporting- Constantly review & implement efficiency improvements- Coach and mentor the Product & Promotions Team Leaders in line with company standard and KPIs

- Co-ordinate the creation of submissions for promotional campaigns- Co-ordinate the implementation & supervise the maintenance of promotional pricing- Supervise external promotional activity, ensuring it's conducted to agreed standards- Oversee internal communication initiatives- Support Product & Marketing Managers in the creation of collateral for key campaigns and product selection for scheduled email activity- Manage performance & development of Promotions Assistants to meet existing & future business requirements
