Part of the Jo Loves founding team which was born from an idea, passion and determination shared by just three of us around Jo's kitchen table. Often referred to as Jo Malone's 'right-hand woman', I helped to conceptualise, build, launch and advise across all areas of the business continually applying entrepreneurial spirit teamed with strategy, process and gut instinct to ensure success. Throughout the growth of the brand I have lead on all major projects including web design and launch, packaging redesign, global seeding, retail and industry collaborations and establishing the founder's profile alongside recruitment of our team ensuring that the work culture is one of development, collaboration and each person feels valued. As the brand has grown, my main responsibilities now include leading all brand and founder communications including the global PR and Creative Marketing strategy, all brand copy including product, web, press releases, script writing, quotes and interviews, managing the Founder profile and speaking events, managing external agencies and maintaining our innovative, luxury brand positioning across all brand touch points.
