I am a Senior Associate in the Planning and Development team at Gerald Eve. Within my role, I provide planning advice at a local and strategic level, liaise and negotiate with planning officers throughout the pre-application and application stages as well as co-ordinating application submissions.I provide planning advice for a wide range of mixed use, commercial, cultural and residential-led development proposals. I have a particular focus on Westminster City Council, Lambeth and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Across Westminster I have advised on several complex and key heritage sites including the Royal Opera House, the Royal College of Surgeons and the Covent Garden Market Building, often working alongside a number of multi-disciplinary teams drawing expertise across planning and architecture to ensure clients objectives can be met.
