I am an Senior Associate Solicitor in the Regulatory team at Brabners, based in their Liverpool office. I have experience of dealing with a wide variety of cases, including but not limited to defending Health and Safety Prosecutions; Professional Disciplinary; Housing Act Offences; Statutory Noise Nuisance; Ofsted Investigations; Firearms licensing appeals and general crime and private prosecutions. I also regularly represent clients at inquests in order to protect their interests.
