- Responsible for distributing Distribute Delaware Bio's monthly newsletter to 5000+ industry professionals, highlighting relevant articles, community events, resources, and funding opportunities- Actively promote DE Bio, upcoming events, and job opportunities to community members- Orient new members on website, portal, and available resources, providing personalized support and guidance- Serve as a point of contact for member organizations, addressing queries, and connecting them to resources, funding opportunities, and potential partners- Plan and execute networking events including bi-monthly BioBreakfasts, IWSTEM Quarterly Networking events, and the Delaware's DNA | 2023 Life Science Conference with nearly 300 attendees- Coordinate logistics, attendee management, and exhibitor coordination for events, ensuring seamless execution- Manage invoicing processes, tracking and following up on $85,000 in unpaid invoices over four months- Dedicated to driving growth and cohesion within the life sciences community, fostering innovation and collaboration through effective communication and event management.- Planned and executed bi-monthly BioBreakfasts consisting of networking, presentations and exhibitor tables, IWSTEM Quarterly Networking events, and the first-ever, day-long Delaware's DNA | 2023 Life Science Conference with an attendance of nearly 300 with panels, a fireside chat with key industry leaders, a pitch competition with our regions leading life science start-ups and poster presentations from students, PhD candidates and professors across the region.
