I started working as a Support Worker for Kimberley Underground Mines at 2015Duties were to do Complete a safety risk assessment and do Housekeeping. Complying with Company policies and procedures as well as SHERQ. Cleaning the plant and conveyor belts and doing maintaince on machinery. In 2016 there was a company merge and I worked as an Artisan assistant to various Artisans(Boilermaker,Fitter & Rigger)Complying with Company policies and procedure.Doing Risk Assessment. Keeping tools clean and Housekeeping.Doing maintaince on machinery.Welding and Grinding.Stripping Pumps.Building pipes.Sorting out the Rigger store and making sure equipment is clean and in record.In 2018 I was acting as an HR Clerk and in 2019 got a promotion as an HR Clerk.Duties were to answering phone calls and attend to queries.Updating data on the system using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Drafting Contract of employment.Doing Recruitment and Filing.Attending incapacity meetings.Updating Company policies.Communication Skills brought on board and Team Work.
