Halfway Auctions Ltd. is a family run business with a strong team of experts in valuing goods and maximising return for our customers. We run a weekly auction over two sale rooms selling antiques, collectables, furniture and household items. My role is to deliver a clear marketing strategy which defines our services lines, builds our customer base and increases our market share. Whilst harvesting the great team in place and ultimately enhancing the already credible reputation of the company.

In brief, my main role is assist in maximising client relationships and revenue growth through a number of responsibilities:Positioning Capita as thought leaders in Customer Management (white papers, marketing collateral, PR)Communications Strategy - Delivering relevant and thought provoking client communications on industry trends, wider Capita reach, services and propositions and corporate responsibiliy activites. Communications are pushed through appropriate channels, including social media activity.Event Management - Organising and delivering client ‘thought leadership’ events from small bespoke gatherings to large corporate events. Executing an appropriate client corporate hospitality programme and managing individual client events and senior visits. Maximising our relationships through best practice sharing amongst our client base and wider Capita group.Brand Management - To protect and understand our clients' brands within our organisation. Ensuring clear representation of their brands, values and use of logo through our collateral and in our centres.In this role I work with a number of stakeholders, the clients themselves, the client management team, sales team, design, events and PR agencies.
