Assisted scholars in the Center on Regulation and Markets, focusing mainly on environmental economics and policy work. Web scraped and downloaded over 300MB of data from the European Union Transaction Log using java and python scripts. Worked with a small research group on validating and debugging the Skyglow Estimation Toolbox, a project that has been passed on by previous NASA DEVELOP team members. The tool uses satellite images to create skyglow maps and hemispheres that show the impact of artificial light pollution.
